Bedtime ?

Hello all,

yes, i didn't fell from the planet :) I'm just very busy AND the laptop is in one of the kids room so no internet after they're in bed and while they're up .... lol
So here we are, one month after our arrival. How we are doing ? I'm not sure. This urban rental home doesn't feel like home at all, and so many things have changed since the last time we've been here. I'm sure that we'll be shown the right path to walk, but so far we're still a bit in the dark as for what the future holds and which direction we want to go from now on. One's for sure. This experience is of great help to put everything in perspective and mostly to have our priorities in life put in the right order once for all. Some day it's easier, some day it is not.
Anyways, the title of this post refers to the fact of the very long days we have here. The sun is high for so long, and the daylight is even longer, so there's no way for the kids to have their usual bedtime around 21:00. So we find ourselves most of the day going again to the playpark after dinner and staying there until past ten, enjoying the wild rabbits and squirrels and the hot-air balloons crossing the sky. Here a couple of pics

This pic was taken from our balcony around 9:00 PM (21:00) : look at the amazing sun !!

And here on of the many balloons crossing the sky ( yes, it's around the same time I took the other pic ! how amazingly blue is the sky, and how much light there is !! ). They make for a great sight for sure .

I'll try to post more and finish the diary of our journey too as times allows. Om sunday papaF will leave for Italy for a week to mind some business and i'll be here all alone with the kids. I'm already feel sad. Please pray for me, for the kids and for papaF next week, it's not gonna be easy at all.
If you feel like, please leave me a message, it feels a bit lonely here.

May all of you have a joyful and blessed rest of the week !!

HI Flavia!
Wow. I'm sorry that you will be alone with the kids. I hope things become easier there.
